Lucas M.Ed, WFR, ultra-marathoner, ex-pro skier, expert coach & guide, led a non-profit organization and taught middle school science before joining forces with Marshall to birth Unplugged. Marshall is a coach, mindfulness teacher, former pro-cyclist & community leader with thirteen years experience in adventure travel and group facilitation. In the face of fast-paced, hyper-serious dopamine induced convenience culture, we are here to wave our freak flag for the connected-and-free, active-and-playful, sustainably-wild, intentional lifestyle.
