  • Biking is fun. People are cool. Soaking in hot springs is chill. So is exploration. Come as you are be as you are. Weirdos welcome.

  • We’re a crew of SLC folk who believe that the more butts on bikes, the better our city. ALL WELCOME. Bike.Club meets every Wednesday for a 10 mile party cruise through the heart of downtown SLC. Ending in a free sauna at RoHa Brewing. Cruise with us.

  • Arrive to Trek early for free bike support. Put your gear in the Unplugged support vehicle. Ride begins from Trek at 10am. Cruise 41 miles, we’ll stop once for snacks/lunch. The support vehicle will be at the springs with your suit, snacks, towel, etc. Soak as long as you want, take Frontrunner back whenever you’d like or join us when the crew decides to stop soaking. FrontRunner costs ($2.50), nearest station is American Fork 5.8 miles from the hot springs. FrontRunner takes ~45 mins to get back to town, exit at “Salt Lake Central Station”.

  • Please pay upon RSVP. We don’t want price to be the reason you don’t join. If it is then talk with Lucas then pay what you can. If you’re a Bike.Club member the ride is FREE! To become a member all you have to do is show up to Bike.Club at least 10 times in a year.

    • good peeps

  • The bike is our tool to connect, enjoy, discover the valley, and spend quality time with a crew of good peeps.

  • The one you have, tubeless tires recommended! Road bike will be most efficient. Gravel bike is great. Hard tail mountain bike is more playful but less efficient on the JRT. Full suspension is fine if you’re willing to work harder.

  • If ride paces aren’t aligned such that we can all ride together, then we will split into two crews: The Cruisers— leisurely paced, enjoyable cruise. This group soaks in the scenery, and goes the pace of the “cruisiest rider” 2) The Hammerheads— expected to be self-sufficient, this group rides as hard as you want with options to add extra miles.

Marshall is a coach, mindfulness teacher, former pro-cyclist & community leader with thirteen years experience in adventure travel and group facilitation. In the face of fast-paced, hyper-serious dopamine induced convenience culture, we are here to wave our freak flag for the connected-and-free, active-and-playful, sustainably-wild, lifestyle.

Maria, Unplugged Adventure, 2024

“Before the adventure I was nervous about my ability to complete the ride. But I was open, excited and prepared to experience discomfort.

Now I feel capable, strong, grounded, seen, held, supported, valued and have like 3 new friends. The ride brought me back to an inner knowing that tribe is important; that we need to make time for one another; and that playfulness is never far away.”
